Disclaimer: I am not a licensed physician nor psychotherapist and as such I do not practice allopathic medicine nor psychotherapy.
I’m a somatic therapist with 25 years of experience specializing in trauma and nervous system regulation. My background includes extensive training in Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other body-based approaches to healing. I’m also a certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner, which has deeply informed my work with movement and neuroplasticity over the years.
While I’m not a licensed psychotherapist, my work is grounded in decades of professional practice, ongoing advanced training, and a strong ethical foundation. I focus on helping clients reconnect with their bodies, release stored trauma, and develop greater resilience using integrative somatic methods.
I encourage clients to choose a practitioner based on their needs, goals, and comfort level. I’m always happy to discuss whether my approach is a good fit.
