About

I am approved to provide Individual Case Consultations and Personal Sessions for all levels of Somatic Experiencing® (SE) training, as well as Beginning-level small group case consultations.
I completed my SE training and received my SEP in 2006, and have assisted in Beginning through Advanced trainings and SE master classes since 2007. My teachers include Raja Selvam and Peter Levine.
Over the past three decades, I have integrated somatic and body-based approaches with a background in bodywork and expressive arts. My work focuses on supporting nervous system regulation and helping clients work with patterns related to trauma, chronic pain, stress-related conditions, and early attachment experiences.
