Since 1995 I have focused on integrating the most effective tools from a variety of somatic psychology and body based methods to work with trauma, complex chronic pain, auto-immune syndromes and neurologic challenges and the development of health and wellness.
I integrate several methods of body oriented psychology and bodywork methods that are informed by the latest discoveries in neuroscience, interpersonal biology and psychology including:

Hakomi Method
Internal Family Systems IFS
Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education / Anat Baniel Method
Myofascial and craniosacral methods
Ortho - Bionomy
Integral Somatic Psychology ISP (currently as a student)
I also draw upon many years of immersion in Eastern wisdom traditions, expressive creative arts, theater, music and dance, meditation and inquiry from non-dual and Zen buddhist traditions.
I continue to assist in training therapists in clinical bodywork and somatic psychology methods and functional movement psychology.
I teach weekly Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes in the San Francisco Bay Area and online.
I work with children, adults and seniors at my Palo Alto California office and online in the USA and internationally.
