Feldenkrais group classes & workshops for Groups, Gyms, Retirement Communities and Corporate Facilities:
- $200/hour + travel time (outside Palo Alto)
- Customizable sessions: Tailored to your group's specific needs and goals.
- Class size: Accommodates up to 50 participants.
- Duration: Typically 45 minutes per session.
- Content: Basic Feldenkrais classes + Classes for athletes, pain reduction, balance, office work/ sitting.
Insurance: I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not accept insurance directly. This allows me to offer flexible scheduling and personalized care. I can provide you with an invoice for your appointment.

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, checks, or cash. There is a 3% fee for credit card payments.
